Jagannath Jankalyan Foundation is a non-profit organization incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, dedicated to the service of humanity and the welfare of society. The Foundation draws its inspiration from Lord Jagannatha, the Lord of the Universe, whose teachings symbolize compassion, equality, service, and the welfare of all living beings.

Abhishek Singh is a social entrepreneur, builder, developer, and visionary philanthropist dedicated to creating meaningful and lasting change in society. Holding degrees in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), he combines professional expertise with a deep commitment to social service and nation-building.

Inspired by the timeless Indian values of "सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः, सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः" (May all be happy, may all be healthy), he established Jagannath Jankalyan Foundation, a Section 8 charitable organization committed to serving humanity with compassion, transparency, and dedication.

Abhishek Singh believes that true development is not measured by personal success alone but by the number of lives uplifted through collective effort. With this vision, he aims to build a nationwide movement that connects donors, volunteers, professionals, and socially conscious citizens to support those in need across India.

Under his leadership, the Foundation works towards education, healthcare, women empowerment, youth development, agriculture, environmental protection, skill development, disaster relief, and support for economically weaker sections of society. His mission is to ensure that help reaches every deserving individual with dignity and respect.

Tax Benefits for Donors

At Jagannath Jankalyan Foundation, we believe that every contribution towards social welfare creates a lasting impact on society. To encourage philanthropy and public participation in charitable activities, donations made to the Foundation may qualify for tax benefits under the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

Tax Exemption and Charitable Status

Jagannath Jankalyan Foundation is a non-profit organization incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, established exclusively for charitable and social welfare purposes.

The Foundation is committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements governing charitable institutions in India.

Tax Deduction for Donors

Donations made to the Foundation are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

Upon receipt of an eligible donation, the Foundation shall issue a Donation Receipt/Certificate containing the details required under the Income Tax Act for claiming the applicable deduction.

Donation Certificate

Every eligible donor shall receive:

✓ PAN and registration details of the Foundation

✓ Transaction reference details

These documents may be used by donors while filing their Income Tax Returns, subject to the provisions of the Income Tax Act and the rules prescribed thereunder.
